Toyota 2000GT Review Clasic Car

Toyota 2000GT produced between the years 1966-1970 produced only 350 pieces. Reinforced 137.5 cu in/2253cc SOHC engine I-6, 3x2-bbl carburetors Mikuni-Solex PHH x 3, capable of producing power at 140 hp @ 5400 rpm with a torque of 148 lb-ft @ 3800 rpm, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission (RWD) accelerates from 0-60 mph with a time of 10.01 sec with a maximum speed of 128 mph (206 km / h).

Pretty much considered the first ever Japanese sports car, the Toyota 2000GT was a unique sports car that was built jointly between Toyota and Yamaha. Much like the LF-A, Yamaha designed and created the potent engine of the Toyota 2000GT. The Toyota 2000GT has an interesting history: it was the only Japanese car that featured in the James Bond film You Only Live Twice title and ran in the SCCA by legendary Carroll Shelby. A pristine example of the vehicle is being sold on ebay for $650,000. Even more surprising is that it is left hand drive and has low mileage.
